The Oyster Farm Seafood Eatery

The best oysters I've ever tasted! The oysters here are impressively large and delicious! It's no wonder they call it the Oyster Farm. Every dish is outstanding, and the location is absolutely stunning. We opted for outdoor dining, and it truly felt like we were eating right by the water! Overall, an incredible experience with excellent service!

My family and I were in the area, so I decided to call the restaurant to check on wait times. The hostess was really friendly and let us know there was no wait and we could be seated immediately. We were quickly shown to our booth, which had stunning views of the bay. Our server and the other staff members who checked on us during our meal were all very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent; we tried the shrimp mac and cheese and the shrimp grits. It was a bit on the expensive side, but I didn’t mind paying for it because it was definitely worth it.

My family and I love this place. We have to travel over an hour, cross two bridge/tunnel complexes, and pay a $20 toll just to visit this restaurant. But I think its fair to say it's well worth it. Whenever I have visitors and they like/want seafood, I often suggest visiting this restaurant. The menu is not huge but there is something for most any appetite and the quality of the food and its preparation are second to none.

If you're looking for the best spot to catch a sunset in Cape Charles, this is it! The staff was a bit overwhelmed and short-handed during our visit, so patience is key. However, the wait was absolutely worth it. The oyster shooters were fantastic, the oysters on the half shell were exquisite, and the shrimp and grits were delicious. We also took home a pumpkin cheesecake, which was amazing!

The Freshest Oysters ever! If you’ve never tried them, this would be the place to start. Chesapeake Bay Oysters are in my opinion, the best in the USA. Cape Charles is one of my new best places to vacation! Bring your boat.
