Located behind an Exxon gas station, you 'd think twice about getting food here, seafood especially, if you went just by location and appearances. But I had crabstuffed flounder that was very good, my wife had grilled shrimp that were excellent. multiple sides to pick from, two includedwith dinner entrees, and though they don 't serve alcohol, the general store they are attached to sells a reasonably goodselection of well-priced wines. Dinner for two, including a bottle of wine, under $100 and quite good. Only reason for not going5 stars is ambience but hey, it 's a roadside stop, one better than most!

Please, understand that it 's a hole in the wall resturant for breakfast, lunch, etc and it 's in the back of a large gas station store. But, folks, this is homecooking local food at its best. Everything! My lady had a beefvegetable soup the best! and grilled cheese. I had clam strips and the most delicious sea scallops. I wish I got the crabcake instead of clam strips that were overcooked a little. I saw the crabcake being eaten at the next table. It had lots of lumpcrab meat. I also tried the she-crab creamy soup. Oh My Gosh!!! So out of this world!! You MUST try it! My sides included Mac ncheese and excellent onion rings. Meals came with fresh baked cornbread. Prices were super. Parking EZ. Waittress friendly andtimely. You 've got to stop here!!
