He had left with his order for about 15 m... read more My husband and I ate here on Wednesday evening. While we were there our neighbor came in to pick up his takeout order. He had left with his order for about 15 mins then his wife called back to say that they were missing their order of ribs. The server felt horrible and remembered that they didn't get their full order so she quickly put the order into the kitchen and had them delivered . When the female owner heard this she lost her mind on the server. She screamed at the server so loud in the kitchen that the ppl next to us got up and left and we just sat there stunned at what was happening. We felt so bad for the server who was only trying to make her wrong right and was being treated like a criminal for it. This lady kept yelling at the server telling her she was wrong and the server (I'm not sure how) remained super calm and repeatedly said that they weren't in the order when the man left. My husband and I were so angry that we were watching this horrible person tear this poor girl apart for being honest. We personally know the ppl who didn't get their full order and they are HONEST ppl. If they said that they didn't get their order then it wasn't there. To treat an employee like this with 2 tables of ppl in your restaurant u must have a screw loose. This server has been with u for alot of yrs and I honestly hopes she quits after this treatment. My husband and I WILL NEVER step foot in here again. U owe that girl an apology!!!

They used to be my go to, but... read more Inconsistent portions and overall taste. Ordered here a lot but recently been trying other locations and truly is better options. They used to be my go to, but often times food felt reheated, dry, or soggy from sitting, forgotten items, one time half the order was left behind. The staff themselves are super friendly but subpar service leaves much to be desired. I will order here again eventually, but like I said there is other options out there.
