Port... read more We ordered a vegan burger with sweet potato fries and oven cooked sweet potato with bolognese. The wait was long even though there were no other customers. Portions were big but the taste was underwhelming. The burger was dry, sweet potato was raw. After waiting for at least half an hour without seeing any staff walk around, we politely went and told them that the sweet potato was raw inside and we did not want to pay for it. Apparently they couldn't take it off the bill but gave us a bowl of sweet potato fries for free instead. While we were eating those, the owner came up to us and made a scene and was really rude about the situation, arguing that the sweet potato wasn't raw. Bad customer service, we would not recommend this place to anyone.
