We came back later to tr... read more Incredibly rude staff (I think manager older man) Ignored us trying to get a table for a long time, then gave us one chair (two of us). We came back later to try find a table again. We did, we ordered food and drinks, whilst waiting (thirsty from the heat beach) for our orders we drank the water we had with us from the beach (the beach this is on) for the man to loudly shout that we couldn’t drink water in here. When I made the point that I could walk 10 steps to the beach drink my water then come sit back at my table he said that was fine considering we were spending 50 ish euros here it was **** ridiculous. We got up and left due to the way he spoke to use before food arrived.

Let’s say the good things. All inclusive. 3 restaurants… food was great in them all. I have to give credit to the people as there are a lot of guests and keeping that standard of food must be hard. The setting… great for families with young kids and also kids up to 15…a lot of activities Now the bad. Phone didn’t work in the room… nor did the tv remote. Had to ask for an extra pillow as the 3 person room only had two. Housekeeping is VERY noisy. Even with the ‘do not disturb’ on the door… the amount of noise was crazy. I would suggest that they put some soft pads in the furniture… otherwise you hear it scraping over the floor….at 8:30 The bar staff are great but slow… whether that’s a plan to reduce the all inclusive orders or not I don’t know but waiting 10-15 mins for a drink is not normal But in all honesty it’s a nice place to stay if you have kids. A few things to improve but not a deal breaker
