Wieder einmal eine Perle in Capbreton gesucht und fast gefunden. Aber viel besser als die 1000 Touristen-Allerlei-Restaurants.Hier meine Bewertung:1) Einrichtung, Ambiente und Licht sind sehr elegant und edel. Nicht mein Geschmack aber so stellen sich halt viele Menschen ein Luxusrestaurant vor. Die Kunst und Bilder sind traditionell- wie für 99% aller Restaurants- wirklich schlecht.2) Der Service der Inhaberin überzeugt mit Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Für die gehobene französische Gastronmie wirklich locker. Die Frau ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.3) Das Essen hat leider nicht überzeugt. Eine zu gesuchte Originalität und dann leider sehr grob umgesetzt.4) Die Preise sind für das Gebotene aber sehr moderat.
We had the most amazing meal here on Friday night. Natalie and her husband looked after us so well. The food was top quality and cooked exceptionally well. The restaurant was decorated to a high standard and it was very clean. My husband is a senior chef and was blown away by the quality of our meal as was I. Thank for making our celebration so good Natalie
