I, who am lactose intolerant, for the first time in years, I was able to taste real flavors such as malaga, crema della nonna, tiramisu, stracciatella, etc.... it 's worth a thousand thanks. And lactose-free cream exists at Pappagrappa and is delicious: light and not too sugary. It 's a joy for those who have a sweet tooth and in my case, lactose intolerant. I highly recommend it.
