What User doesn't like about Nando's Capalaba:
I typically visit a different restaurant in Brisbane, but I found myself on the other side of town and decided to give this one a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The portion sizes were poor, and the food didn’t taste very good. The chips were undercooked, and the staff appeared to be completely unaware of what they were doing. View all feedback.

We have frequented Nandos Capalaba, but our last experience was very disappointing. Asked to sit down order from the online menu. Paid, waited, waited. Order was lost. Our waitress didn't know how to use the online system, or find our order. Another staff member found it.1:15mins later our order was presented in a take-away bag and we were told their was a mistake we could un wrap it ourselves or take it away.Lucky the chicken tastes better than taste left from the dine in service.
Their were alot of food on the floor and bugs where j was about to sit
Nice decor, sign says wait to be seated but no one ever came so we just sat down. Ordering was quite complicated as they try to use the app but the app is quite useless with a long process. Ordered half a chicken to go and they seemed to have forgetting about the order felt like I was waiting forever and when I asked if it was coming the staff seemed confused and unprepared
Ordered using the app code on the table as staff members ignored all incoming customers. Was told within minutes that one item was unavailable, even though I could select it on the app. The order was confused for medium when we'd ordered large, with staff admitting that the docket said otherwise. When we enquired about the one drink that was ordered in a meal, we were told that we hadn't ordered it. They refused to serve us the drink. They asked if we had a receipt. Really, is it that hard.
