The par... read more Good place to eat and relax almost by the sea. We ate an excellent and plentiful egg hamburger which deserved a lot even if the fries were not included. The park is very comfortable with games that allow children to let off steam while enjoying an aperitif (the spritz was a little too watered down). Friendly and helpful staff. Prices slightly above average.

During our recent stay in Porto Santa Margherita, my mom and I discovered what we believe to be the only restaurant in the area where you can eat truly well: Ri... read more During our recent stay in Porto Santa Margherita, my mom and I discovered what we believe to be the only restaurant in the area where you can eat truly well: Riva Restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast almost every morning and were thrilled. The cappuccino was always excellent, creamy, and well-made, while the vegan brioches were simply out of this world: light, fragrant, and bursting with flavor. A perfect start to the day. On Friday, we decided to return for lunch, and the experience truly lived up to our expectations, if not exceeded. For our entrée, I chose seared octopus served with creamed peppers and caper flowers: a balanced and delicious dish, where every flavor was elegantly showcased. For our second course, we both opted for the tuna tataki, and what can I say... IT'S EXCEPTIONAL. The tuna was excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by caramelized onions that were truly fabulous, enhancing every bite. Special thanks go to Luca, who looked after us with great care, recommending both courses and making my mom and I feel truly pampered throughout the meal. His kindness and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff—professional, smiling, and passionate—who contribute to making Riva Restaurant a place we love to return to, and one we enthusiastically recommend!
