K- Steak House - Canyonville

Eating was very good and our server was great, much sense of humor. Prices are reasonable

I had a nice meal of Blackened Halibut. The food was very good, including the home salad starter. But the most pleasant part of the meal was the wonderful service. From hostess to the server everyone was thrilled.

We give it 1, sad to say that the manager called off our group of 10. She said they were solid booked, I even asked two tables of 5, she said no sorry, so I went to Open Table Ap, I booked for 4 of us at 6:15, the others went to the sports bar. We came and they sat. The place was dead, open tables all where, and the food was OK.

My Steak was cooked just how I liked it. The service was great. The restaurant was so loud and hard to carry on a conversation. The seating was table and chairs,which is not a good fit for a romantic dinner. The flatware was mismatched and it was not easy to pick the salad fork out. The bartender knows how to make an awesome old fashioned which is a lost art IMHO.

This was the first time that I had dinner at the K Bar restaurant since the pandemic we went there tonight I had the chicken breast I would not recommend that it was small and it looked like it had been cut in half and it was extremely overhauled now other people at the table had them the Porterhouse Steak and that was excellent I think my brother had the shells and they were great, but the chickens were definitely overcooked for
