Went in for a pedicure where no one greeted us. I then got a nail tech who was nice but young, inexperienced and kept hurting me every step of the way to the point where I kept flinching and pulling back. I chose to opt out of getting color and leave because I couldn’t handle it anymore. Then the receptionist checking us out tried to charge us $90 when we both didn’t even get nail color. So she brought it down to $80…. then stared at the screen when the “tip amount” popped up making me feel very uncomfortable. End of story, I paid $90 tip for a 25 minute painful experience that should have been relaxing.
I had made an appt and they got started on time. My nails were done by Leanne and after showing her a pic of what I wanted she was able to recreate them exactly. They turned out beautiful for my engagement and I couldn't have been happier. She was friendly and kept me involved along the process. Great salon and thank you Leanne!
Giving an extra star because the nail art is good, but the scheduling at this place needs work. I’ve worked in retail and as a waitress, so I get stuff happens and I tend to be pretty patient with this stuff.My appointment was for 11:15. I got a text message to confirm. I had been waiting for about 30 minutes. Originally they tried to sit me down for a pedicure, which I had to tell them I didn’t order. After more waiting I asked when my nail tech would be available because I couldn’t wait until 12:15 to get my nails done when my appointment was at 11:15.I was then told that the wait was because I had another appointment booked later that day. This was odd because I don’t see how it would effect my earlier appointment and I had also canceled that appointment. (Example: what if I had scheduled an appointment for my mom at 1:00pm? Why would that change my 11:15 appointment?)Then I was told they were short staffed and asked if I could reschedule to tomorrow. This is also odd because I booked an appointment with a specific nail tech. She then said the nail tech was no longer available and I would have to reschedule for tomorrow. Why would no one tell me this? I wasted time scheduling an appointment, driving there, waiting thirty minutes, just to be told to come back tomorrow.I’ve had issues waiting before but I worked in the service industry as a waitress and understand stuff happens. But at this point it’s too much for me to continue going back.
I visited this salon with a friend and was impressed by its attractive decor. Compared to other nail salons, this one has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly as well. My friend was also thrilled with the results of her nail service and wholeheartedly endorses this salon.
This is my absolute favorite nail salon! The staff is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments, and I'm consistently thrilled with the results that keep my nails looking beautiful. I want to give a special shout-out to Onon for her exceptional work! Highly recommended for a fantastic pedicure experience!
