Ichiban Ramen Boba Crush

This place is amazing! My drink was so yummy! If you like boba this is the place to go. They also have food. Give them a try you won't regret it. I will definitely be going here from now on.

My husband bought this today and he's the first and only customer at the time. And we got one of this as our order. This is suppose to be a Baked Salmon roll but we were very disappointed that the salmon is only at the end of the roll. We had to look for the rest but failed to see salmon on the rest of the rolls and we also have to put the sriracha mayo because it barely came with sriracha too. The rice was also hard and overcooked that it cannot hold it's form and hard to chew and we ended up just eating the two ends that has the salmon. If their chef is not there or they don't have the ingredients. We could have appreciated that they tell us that it is not available than cheating by selling us this.

Well, I was going because I had ordered takeout once and it was honestly really good. So, I went in person and unfortunately it was not the same experience. I walked in about an hour and 30 minutes before closing and I was told my food would have to be to go . But that was fine with me, I didn 't make a fuss. Asian cuisine is not my specialty so i generally ask for suggestions from the people there but the waiter last night was very bland and impatient. She would just say well, the menu is right there . Nevertheless, I ordered a sushi roll and a ramen order. She said it would be about a 15-20 min wait. So, we wait and it 's been about 25 min. We didn 't say anything but I got hungry so I decided to order a boba for the wait. It 's about to hit an hour in total of waiting and we haven 't gotten anything. We would look to see if the food was ready and nothing. We would just get a mean stare from the employee at the front last night. no boba. no food. But people who ordered a while after me received there stuff. I noticed this and then noticed she had given my boba order to someone else. When I said Um...I think that was my order she said oh, I already told her it was hers. sorry so i guess i had to reorder essentially. She proceeded by making everyone elses ' drinks and gave me mine at last; even after she gave my order to someone else. Overall we were there about an hour and 15 min with late boba, cold food, and rude customer service.

If I could give this place a zero i totally would customer service was crappy ! The food was COLD AND TOOK A WHOLE! ONE PLATE WAS WRONG! They talk to much upon other people they have issues with honestly was just not even worth a dollar! USUALLY I DONT DO REVOEWS BUT THIS PLAVE LEFT US IN DISAPPOINTMENT
