Fast food, a good option for a long trip, had a very good recommendation. Today I had a bad experience to return the change for a coffee. They had me waiting for about 40 minutes, desperate to continue with my trip. The worst experience in this restaurant chain. Entire breakfast menu was not displayed on self serve menu. Big breakfast and burritos were missing...not sure what else. The young lady working the front didn't care and was not friendly. Looking forward to what a burger opening. View all feedback.
Ordered barely anything, but it took nearly 20 minutes. Food tasted like it was microwaved, the whole place stank, and it looked like it hadn't been maintained in 4 months.
Took care of the car in front of us and then immediately told us they were closed at 9:45.
Lately the orders have been extremely slow with little regard or care. When trying to talk to the on duty manager I was avoided as to why EVERY doordash order for a week has been over 5 to 10 minutes late. Nobody seems to be willing to address the issue in the store and there is a general air of not caring.
Failed to put cheese on big Mac’s and would not answer their phone to fill a complaint.
