Waited almost 30 minutes for 12 pieces of chicken . under staffed or under trained, I do not know. The young people working were notably stressed and the two young ladies often were scratching their long hair . Checked my food for hair. Sorry folks, will think twice before going back

This place used to be a great choice, but unfortunately he lost everything he had done for him. Service was terrible. Eating was okay. Always waiting for our food. The prices are just ridiculous. The lobby was also a mess. Most tables were dirty.

This place is bad on the hill. I sat in line for over 30 minutes for a 4 pieces chicken stripe meal and when I get it everything is cold.

12:30 on Sunday lab day weekend and they have NO bones in the chicken. We wait half an hour. Lunch. On a busy weekend. How do you not cook enough? Do you cook to order ALL chickens? Is the concept of fast food too complicated for this facility? When someone leads this circus, they must be taught how to prepare for the lunch break. The chicken E was peerless a few years ago, but it just went to hell.
