Buenos Dias - Canyon

I had never been to this restaurant before, but my in-laws brought us here for an amazing dining experience. The staff was warm, friendly, and patient. The food looked amazing as it came out of the kitchen. I ordered the huevos rancheros, which was delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the potatoes were crispy, but not overly so. The waffle was fluffy and tasted like cake. The chicken platter was a good portion size and very flavorful. I highly recommend trying their breakfast menu for a great dining experience.

What a wonderful breakfast experience! The waffles are delicious and the hash is great as well. Definitely the top spot for breakfast in Canyon and the service is excellent.

Great breakfast for the woman and me. I personally was not a fan of the Hasch-Brauen waffels, but will go back.

A delicious little gem in Canyon, Texas. Whether you’re a resident of Canyon or just passing through, Buenos Dias serves up some of the best food in town! We especially love their breakfast! Grab a coffee cup off the wall and sit down and relax!

Really really good breakfast for a reasonable price.If you really like Authentic Green Chili, get the green salsa.Bacon was cooked perfectly.Love the coffee cups.Employees were all incredibly pleasant.
