This braums used to be a place I’d happily choose for food when I needed a quick bite to eat. But now every single time I go through the drive through it’s always the same story. Attitude. The people who run the drive always have such a bad attitude and sound so annoyed to be there. And once getting to the window once food has been given to me I get met with a window slammed in my face. View all feedback.

The employees needs to be willing to help customers on the grocery side. I patiently waited for the employees to help customers getting ice cream. But after they finished up with those customers, all of the employees chose to ignore the fact that I was waiting to get checked out. No one came to me so I had to go to them. This is not acceptable customer service. This has been an ongoing problem but last night was the worst.
My fries were old and cold. The girl at the register was nice but the girl that gave me my fries was rude, to me and my friend. He tried asking for some sauce but was blatantly ignored.Parking: Plenty
Customer service is trash. Cashier was rude for no reason.
Great place for lunch or ice cream. Fast and friendly service
