This restaurant is built into the hillside as part of Denali Bluffs Hotel. Food was delicious after a long drive into the park and a little walk to get to this place from our hotel. Our server Brandon was a delight with bright comments, suggestions and refills of clean mountain water. What User doesn't like about The Mountaineer Grill:
Today is 11. September 2022. The choice is simply salad, BBQ sandwich or chips salsa cheese sauce. Although the lodge is open to companies, the supporting restaurants (including these) and all 2 convenience stores are almost closed or empty of goods. There are 3 designs of beers. If someone is read this next year, that food here is only marginally available in the last week of the season, so bring your own. View all feedback.

Stayed here and due to convenience, ate here 2 evenings. My reviews 1 Dinner eat in: fish and chips ok, nothing special. Chicken wings were the worse I have ever tasted. Outside charred. I have never in my life sent anything back , but these were so overcooked! Sent them back and identical looking platter came out. I was Informed they smoke wings , then fry? Could not eat, too tough. Breakfast: good . Scrambled eggs didn’t tasted like mine at home? 2nd Dinner— take out: cups of each soup (tomato and clam chowder). Hit the spot on a damp night Overall: read reviews before you go in. The bbq platter did look good. 3 star only because of chicken wings and I would have sent back the 2nd time, but too exhausted and I felt bad for server because it wasn’t her fault, however best to explain how it is prepared in future.

Food was great. Got tacos, salad and soups. All were very good. Mixed drinks were terrible. Bartender didn’t even make a gin and tonic correctly. Used soda water. Highly recommend, but stick with water or beer. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
