When I went back to the drive-thru to get my replacement meal, the person at the window was rude and disrespectful. However, the female manager who handled my order was much more pleasant. On a previous visit, I had also received the wrong order and the person on the loudspeaker was unfriendly with no apology. That was bad experience with wendys. their app should not be used. it claims I would get a discount if I used the app, but instead I paid over $10.00 for a single, pommes and drink. when I asked the manager to help, she said that the app was terrible, but nothing did to correct me that I was overwhelmed. I will never use their app and must not return to wendy’s.

Wendy’s served food that was cold and obviously had been sitting in the bin for a while.They don’t care about customer service.
I called around 4:30 and a girl named Ryan picked up the phone she had a really bad attitude the entire time this is not the first time this person has had a bad attitude toward me since I have been there….. I will not be going back there again
Good food. Their credit card machine is on the constant fritz. Cash only
