My friends and I visited Wendy's specifically to try their new strawberry Frosty, but when we arrived, the dining area was closed. We decided to drive-thru instead, but it took longer than expected, likely due to the limited staff. Despite the slow service, the employees were polite and accommodating. Yesterday, I stopped by this restaurant for brunch. I was the only customer at that time. I ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich, fries, and a frost. The burger and frost were good, but the fries were average and the chicken sandwich was not good at all. Really old eating served after waiting minutes in the drive through. I called and didn't want anything. but they should make a better job and they are where they are rude to me. Don't eat here, it's bad old eating. too lazy to cook fresh food. make a baptism and leave it for eds.
In the middle of covid I am one who very understands to work in the retail itself. I understand that everyone is under personal, so I don't say much. I want the workers to ask a thing, and that is how would they feel when they go to a restaurant and their eating was constantly wrong or simply thrown together? so often I have waited to this wendy’s, because it always waits just to get my food and its not made as I asked. if ordering is taken, they should not receive their meal, as desired, as is normally done. it is completely useless when it says what a customer wants on the screen outside and not the same on the inside.
The worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. Three people in front of me in line when I pulled in. It took minutes to order and get to the window, then an extra minutes just to get cold nuggets. I will never stop at this Wendy's ever again. start is too many.
Extremely slow (almost minutes to get my order and no one in front of me. They missed to scan correctly my app for my discounts and what about my lettuce? Look at the picture
I have now been sitting in drive-through for breakfast with only one car in front of me for minutes and they still haven’t taken his order let alone my order. There’s no cars in front of the other car and it says that they’re open. This is supposed to be fast food and I understand the industry has changed for minutes without moving is a bit extreme especially when there’s no line
