What Pamella Chandra doesn't like about The Green Papaya Thai Canton:
Ordered oyster sauce stir fry- absolutely tasteless. The minced chicken ka prow , supposed to be one of the specialties was smelling bad and somewhat fishy. And the iced tea in coconut milk was literally horrible.. sorry tried here 3 times but could never understand the high reviews this place secured in the past View all feedback.

I have enjoyed Thai food all over the country, but this spot is special. The food is top of the line in freshness and flavor, quickly prepared and generous portions. And the owners are wonderful! There is nothing better than a family owned and operated restaurant that is takes the time to know every customer and treat the guests as kin. We'll miss coming here while the owners are on their long overdue vacation in Thailand, but looking forward to welcoming them home in August!
Had a wonderful meal at Green Papaya last night before the owners left on a well deserved break! Super friendly owner and staff. A great part of the community and the greater Canton-Avon area food scene!
Always delicious, very accommodating and friendly- have never been disappointed to say the least: Definitely our go to Thai restaurant.
Loved the Tamarind duck, and the Belgian chocolate mousse. Derek is an entertaining host. I will keep coming back.
