Silvio's Organic Pizza - Canton

Nothing beats silvios brot. I enjoyed my grilled veggie sandwich and vegan pesto pizza.

Silvio’s is a pretty solid Italian restaurant on campus. during the summer it has a few nice tables on the road outside. the pizza is good and the menu has a little something for each member of the family. the service can be very good as the staff often seems to change when students come and go. there are daily specialties and often a unique dish available. quirky but in the charming!

Silvio’s is a pretty solid Italian restaurant on campus. during the summer it has a few nice tables on the road outside. the pizza is good and the menu has something in the family for everyone. the service can be very good as the staff often seems to change when students come and go. the cloth napkins always smell very strongly from plasticizers, which always leads me to request a paper nap (which I would rather not do for ecological reasons).

Very few pizza places in Ann Arbor carry daiya, so this place is awesome. On top of that, they use primarily organic ingredients, which make the pizza so flavorful. Also the crust is flakey and delicious. A bit pricey, but definitely worth spending an extra $10 when the alternative is a cheeseless pizza.

Vegan items were clearly marked, service was friendly, quick, and helpful. Great option if eating with non vegans. Smells amazing in there and I'd love to go back someday and try their vegan version of a dessert pizza!
