Shish House - Canton

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants around! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is well-maintained. I've visited several times, and I've always been satisfied. As a vegetarian, the falafel is one of my go-to items, and it has never let me down. I once ordered takeout through Yelp, and it was a seamless experience. Plus, there's plenty of parking since it's located in a strip mall.

I don't usually give out 5-star ratings, but this restaurant truly deserves it. The baba ghanoush is hands down the best I've ever tasted. The kabobs were spot on—perfectly seasoned and tender. The hand-cut fries were incredibly flavorful, and the baklava was delightful, with just the right amount of flakiness and a sweet, gooeyness that isn't overwhelming like some can be. I can't recommend this place enough; go with confidence—you won't regret it!

The deboned chicken and rice was delicious. The hummus was good, but the pita bread was microwaved in a plastic sandwich bag, which made it quite chewy. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the prices were great.

Fresh baked bread! Food was good, but I did carryout and suspect it would be better when dining in.
