Every time I order from here it?s wrong, literally every single time. It?s absolutely ridiculous, and thecustomer services sucks too.

When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me, but... read more I’ve been waiting at Sheetz for over an hour for my food. I ordered a meatball sub and two hot dogs. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me, but after that, multiple people who apparently ordered online kept coming in and getting their food before me. There are two staff members working, so I don’t blame them, but there really should be a timer or some way to indicate wait times. This is ridiculous! Time is valuable, and honestly, I think I deserve free food and compensation at this point. One star!

I called to report it, but they insisted it wasn’t possible since the burgers are pre-cooked. Clearly, that wasn’t the case. I won’t be returning to this Sheetz. It’s disappointing that the manager showed no concern about potentially making customers sick. I would give zero stars if I could.
