We have eaten at Piata a number of times, and the food has been pretty consistently good. If you do curbside, there is occasionally a small wait to get your food, but I've never had to wait more than about five minutes. We like to get the create your own bowls, I like that you're able to control everything that goes in that bowl. We also enjoy the pepperoni and Parmesan sticks that they have. these are now available in a take and bake as well to make later at home. Their bowls are a good size and they really do fill them up full. A specialty item that comes and goes is their hot chicken which is my favorite and really does have some heat to it. Their meatballs are pretty good as is their grilled chicken. Food is pretty reasonably priced here, especially since you get to choose any and all toppings.

We try Piada when close by for fast food. Healthy and tasty.

The food was decent, but the value for the price was quite disappointing. If you order a small, it only comes about halfway full for $7.00, while a large costs around $9.00 for only slightly more. On top of that, you have to buy a single cheese or pepperoni stick for $3.00, which feels overpriced compared to getting 4 or 6 for the same price elsewhere. Add a $3.00 drink, and you're looking at a meal that costs between $13 and $15, yet still leaves you wanting more. Additionally, the restaurant was freezing cold, no matter where we sat. I appreciate a cool atmosphere on a hot day, but this was just too extreme. For $11.00, I could go to the mall and get a meal that fills me up and often leaves me with leftovers, plus the food there is pretty good as well. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I left feeling quite disappointed.

The food and portion sizes are excellent, but the customer service truly stands out. The staff, from the kitchen crew to the management, are all friendly and willing to help. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is an enjoyable experience.

I visited on December 1st, 2023, at 11 AM, shortly after they opened. The staff was friendly, the service was good, and the food was enjoyable. However, I struggled to find a clean table or bench to sit at—the floors were filthy, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue. It seems like the closing staff is always in a rush to leave, and the opening staff doesn’t prioritize cleanliness when they arrive. First impressions matter, and taking just five minutes every hour to walk through the dining area and wipe things down would make a significant difference.
