Excellent customer experience from delivery guy. Pizzas were perfect and delivered very fast and were delicious. My house full of hungry teenage boys greatly appreciated it. Thank you! Only issue I have is with the iOS mobile app. The onboarding experience for a new user who has downloaded and tried to create an account was not successful in anyway. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
We waited approximately an hour for our delivery, but it ended up taking a little over 80 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza had been sitting under a heat lamp for most of that time and it arrived cold. The manager kindly refunded us the cost of the pizza due to the issue. View all feedback.

I was told it would take 25 minutes for my pickup order, but when I arrived after waiting for 25 minutes, they had not even started making the pizza. When I finally received the pizza, it was barely cooked and the crust was underdone.
The restaurant is always convenient for takeout and always includes a complimentary extra garlic sauce.

Waited for almost 30 minutes outside for a single pizza pickup. Friday 8/13 was a busy one I guess.
