Papa Johns Pizza - Canton

I received a text notifying me that my order was ready for pickup at 7:22, but when I arrived at 7:28, the worker at the counter couldn't find my order. After some searching, the worker informed me that it would be another 5-10 minutes. This service definitely needs improvement. I ended up waiting until around 7:36 for my order.

I arrived at the restaurant before they closed at 12 o'clock, but they had already locked the door and ignored me at 11:35. It was a ridiculous experience as I tried to understand why they chose not to serve me. Overall, it was disappointing and frustrating.

The restaurant successfully prepared and delivered my large pizza order on time and accurately. My group of friends riding the tram were delighted with the meal.

Papa John's serves delicious pizza and their chicken wings are also tasty. The delivery service is quick and efficient.

Had a mass order on pizza (6) for a party we had. 5 orders per app, 1 had to be made via the phone because the adjustment needs that the app does not handle. 4 stars because of the considerable confusion to check (up to sign in asking and 3 people trying to find out) and had to wait 10 minutes for my recognition.
