OTO is the only place in my life have I ever said I love that burger. I had the breakfast burger on Texas toast let me tell you all I do not like hamburger and That was the best burger I have ever had in my life. I bring with this one. Super slow service, often out of things. Neat atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Yes it's a bar, but kids are welcome to eat.
