Looks like this place was recently remodeled. They no longer have a drink machine or condiment table. You can still get a free refill but you have to ask. They 'll give you a completely new drink. If they forget condiments or you need more than what they gave you, again, you have to ask. They were busy when we went, so we had to wait for them to notice we were at the front again. Very rarely do I have issues with orders, but today just about everything was wrong, I ordered a double fillet o fish, I got a single, and the fish tasted off, the fries were warm but had an aftertaste like the oil wasnt hot enough, the nuggets were completely fine though. View all feedback.
The food wasnt warm, but our local McDonalds has been consistently having this issue

Gave me some kind of blueberry pie instead of the apple one! tasted awful! everything else was great though
You’ve been back to canton 6 months! The service is still slow and the staff are not customer friendly…maybe you should send some of your staff to Ogdensburg McDonalds for training, They know how to treat customers!
Potsdam is one of the best..the new mcdonalds in canton could learn from them
