Went through the drive thru on 9/29 around 11:30, ordered 3 burgers with ketchup and mustard only and they had onions on them. Went back around to the speaker and told them of the issue and they directed me to pull around and they would remake them. Got to the first window and had to explain I was just getting my order remade since it was incorrect and they directed me to the second window. When I got to the second window I had to explain to 3 different people that I was coming back through to get the burgers replaced that were made incorrectly. After speaking to all three people and showing my receipt and giving them the incorrect burgers they initially gave me, they returned with the new burgers. Upon taking the first bite, I just had to throw them away as they tested like they were from 2 weeks ago. Will never stop at this location again.
