EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Me being new to ?Iced Fusion? they really took the time to answer all my questions and to explain ingredients and nutrition information. I could tell that it was important to them that I received great service and a great product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and a great atmosphere. Side note: After having conversation with the server it came up that she was the new owner within the last month) and she made it very clear that she is committed to great products and service. Great to see the passion and energy!

Came in from Grand Rapids today and needed something to get us by. We were greeted by 3 incredibly friendly people that were super helpful and informative. We will definitely be visiting this place again The next time we are in town.

I accidentally stumbled on this gem. I had no idea what Level up was. I wandered i n and was warmly greeted by Toni who was attentive and informative as she explained the menu. She recommended a tea and an Açai bowl. Ingredients were so fresh, the açaí bowl left me wanting more, the tea was refreshing and totally lifted me up and gave me energy, but did not drop me like coffee would. I cannot wait to go back to level up in Canton, MI. I hope to see you at Level up as I highly recommend this place. Oh! Did I mention that it?s all sugar-free.

Herbalife front. Their smoothies and ?loaded teas? are just herbalife powder mixed with water. They don?t use real fruit or vegetables. Both awful and a pyramid scheme.

I was so satisfied going to Level Up. The customer service, shakes, teas, açaí bowls and so much more are amazing!! The inside is so welcoming and aesthetic . Pricing is great. I recommend anyone and everyone to come try this place out!! My favorite tea is the ?Gushers?, give it a try.
