The staff member who assisted me, I believe her name was Tiara, was incredibly helpful. I can be a bit hard of hearing, but she made sure I got everything I needed. He mentioned t... read more I placed an online order, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, an employee seemed completely unaware of the mobile order I had already paid for. He mentioned that I needed to come inside to pick it up, but the doors were locked. It's surprising that the staff didn't know the dining room was closed. As for the food, it was decent. We did receive extra chicken, although it seems the employee had a bit of trouble with counting. We ordered the original recipe, but it wasn't as flavorful as I remember it being in the past.

When they handed me my food, they seemed annoyed that I was there.
