I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken was greasy, undercooked, and did not look appetizing. I have decided to stop dining at KFC. I might give Chick-fil-A a try and see what the hype is all about.
I have to give credit where credit is due. The food was hot, fresh, and fast. The service was polite and quick. Double nice.
I waited at the counter for twenty-seven minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then, when I tried to order the secret recipe fries, they were out of stock. The only alternative offered was green beans.
Food was hot and fresh. Very good customer service.
Manager was very very rude. Went through drive thru and she basically threw the food at me dropping some of it... If you don't like your job find another one. Don't bring everybody
