Do not visit this restaurant, as it is always closed and never open. It should be permanently shut down due to the unacceptable service and lack of Covid precautions.
I am shocked at how slow the drive-thru service is at this restaurant. On two separate occasions in the past three weeks, they have forgotten an item in my order and had to go back to get it after I had already gotten home. Make sure to double-check your order and expect to spend a lot of time in the drive-thru.
How is it possible for a KFC in Hickory Flat to not have any chicken available? It seems like this is a recurring issue at this particular location.

We love this location's chicken when it's fresh but $3.99 for a chicken breast is outrageous. Leg is $2.99 and wing $2.59. I bought 5 pieces of chicken for $16. Will buy chicken from Kroger's from now on.
