My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, we had a less than pleasant experience. The cups we were given smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, the staff seemed to pressure us into leaving a tip, and they became quite dismissive when we didn't. I also witnessed them refusing to let a person with special needs use a special cup for pouring their water, which would have helped prevent spills. Overall, I would rate the food as 3 out of 5.
This restaurant was a terrible experience, marked by awful customer service and even worse cleanliness. Despite repeatedly requesting a booth seat for our family due to personal reasons, the staff refused without any explanation. Instead, they seated us in a crowded area that was completely exposed. Once we were settled, it became clear that the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom was a disaster, lacking any paper towels at all. To make matters worse, the floors were covered in old food and vomit, which I cannot comprehend being ignored for hours on end. This shocking lack of hygiene completely ruined our appetite. I cannot stress enough how unsanitary this place is. I would not consider returning, and I strongly advise others to choose a different restaurant for your own well-being. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a better dining option.
The staff is wonderful, and everything is clean. The food is delicious. Just a heads up: for families like ours, if your bill exceeds $100 and you're paying with a card, you'll need to split it into two transactions.
The food and service at this restaurant were both good, and the environment was decent. I will definitely return.
