Ichiban Steakhouse - Canton

While the wait was long, my experience was worth it for the most part. When we arrived, we were waiting for about 15 minutes for large enough seating. Once seated, I noticed that the eating area wasn't very clean (the waitress did a quick wipe of the table) but that was taken care by a napkin swipe. the waitress took our orders for the chef soon after being seated. I and a few of my family members ordered some drinks water for everyone, and we received our drinks maybe 25 minutes after ordering. I get it, it was busy. No worries. A chef came to our table but it was the wrong chef, so we had to wait a bit more. After about 30 minutes of waiting, our chef came, and he surely cheffed it up! The food was wonderful my steak to a perfect medium and the chef very polite and funny. Overall, pretty good! I'd return again.

Food was amazing. The chefs were quick but entertaining. Our waitress didn't really care for her. Could be the language barrier, overworked. She did have to serve 40+ people in our party. However our party was split between 2 tables and NOT served at the same time. All in all I enjoyed my 1st time experience. I would definitely come back just with less people. This place gives you ALOT of food. I also didn't appreciate the tip already calculated in my bill. The waitress made very good money today. Hopefully the hugh tip will give her a better attitude.
