Frosty Frog Creamery Cafe - Canton

The owners go over and over food safety practices. The place is clean, the bathrooms are immaculate and the staff was all in clean uniform. I am a food safety teacher throughout Georgia and I am excited when people follow the FDA regulations well. Wish many more restaurants would be like Frosty Frog.

Great local place for salat sandwiches and of course eis. the cherokee cobb salad is stellar. elaine bennis would be proud of this big salad lol.

This place blows. 3rd and final time going... now we 're just going to warn people to pass unless they want to light $20 on fire. Problem: Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich while a family member waited for a Sidelines order next door. 1st Issue: The Sidelines burger was ordered and completed before the grilled cheese sandwich was done. I 've never met a grilled cheese sandwhich that took so long to make. 2nd Issue: When the sandwich was done, we asked if the chips were in the box. The girl behind the counter responded they should be ... ???? if you know anything about customer service, the correct response would be oh, let me check for you . We sit down and what do you know, no chips, instead, 4 crackers shocker. At that time, the girl was adamant we should have told the cashier we wanted chips... spoiler alert, the menu states the sandwich comes with chips to begin with. Too late for us but just do better Frosty Frog, for the sake of new customers and old.

This review is for the cake I ordered for my son?s birthday last weekend. I was on a last minute hunt for a quality cake and Frank was very helpful in talking through the options. I got the vanilla cake with strawberry icing and it was delicious. Big hit with the kids and adults. Real vanilla bean in the cake and the icing was clearly made with real strawberry purée or jam.

I have been here for years and the quality has changed dramatically in recent months. My grandmother had the chicken salad, and she herself said it was Blande and tasteless. I had the Caesar salad as a side, and the Caesar dress was so salty that I couldn't finish it. The lemonade was so weak. Probably the last time I come back.
