Ordered Barbacoa Quaesadilla comes with 2 poached ? We had an amazing experience at First Watch Canton. Our server, April, was so lovely and kind. The food was great and the restaurant is bright and warm.
We ordered chicken and waffles for brunch. The chicken is a nice portion, seasoned well with crunchy on the outside juicy on the inside. The spiced honey sauce complimented it well.The waffle was a bit gummy and missing something, maybe a pinch of salt...the chicken definitely carried the dish. Overall great service and ambiance.

The noise level was unacceptably loud. I mentioned this to our server who informed me that they could not adjust the volume because it was a corporate decision. While I appreciate background music, I prefer to be able to have a conversation with people at my table. Based on the 'corporate decision ', I have no plans on returning to First Watch.
We had a great breakfast this morning! April was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Tri-Fecta, Am Superfoods bowl, Morning Meditation and Kale Tonic are the way to go!
