Dunkin' - Canton

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to work after another location made my coffee incorrectly. The staff here kindly made me a replacement coffee without any questions or hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was courteous and helpful.

My family and I just went through the drive through at this location to order a few donuts and iced coffees. The girl that took our order was incredibly rude!! As most drive through speakers are hard to hear my husband asked her to repeat what we ordered she replied with ‘I JUST repeated your order’. We promptly told her she can forget the order and took our business down the road to Dunkin at 3640 Marietta Hwy.I tried to get a manager on the phone, and there wasn’t one on duty but was told the girls name was Lisa. Who knows if this was truly her name but we were there at about 3:00 on 5/31/22. It’s truly disheartening the lack of customer service and these days.

Hate to say this, but in my opinion: after trying donuts in every donut shop and food chain. Ray's donuts are the best and only ones that even taste like real donuts.These other donut shops need to take note on how to make donuts.

I am so sad to report that this place is disabled by some employees who are angry or do not care about customer service. today I went in to avoid the driving track. I waited a bit and then interacted with a worker who sadly made me come. eating and drinking was in order, but she took all the fun out of a stop that I think is a tasty bite. with ray’s donuts right north of here with magnificent donuts and extremely nice people, the decision is not very difficult. you will love rays!

How slow! it should not take 30 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a middle ice cream. when my sandwich shows up, the lady goes.
