About 20 minutes later, the same server finally came to take our order. Unfortunately, they were out of three different menu items, so most of us ended up ordering chicken fingers. We had also ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, but those didn’t arrive until the rest of our food did. Around eight minutes later, one person in our party received their meal, but they had to watch it get cold for another five minutes before the rest of the food was served. The food itself was mediocre, typical frozen bar fare, which is to be expected at a pub. One person ordered chips and salsa, but it was clear that the salsa was just from a jar. On the positive side, the venue had plenty of games and pool tables, which looked like fun, and there was a large dance floor. Overall, the place seemed like it could be enjoyable, but the awful service completely ruined our experience. We will not be coming back.

The bartenders are fantastic! The Sore Patch drink is incredibly delicious. There are plenty of games and activities to enjoy, and we always have a great time playing carpet ball while we're there. The crowd is consistently diverse and brings a different vibe each time. The food is decent but not the main highlight of the experience.

Teresa was an absolute gem, coordinating every aspect of the event from the menu to the decorations. All I had to do was share my ideas with her, and she handled everything seamlessly. Her planning expertise was worth every penny—thank you, Teresa, for making everything perfect! Lee, our server, managed over 40 guests with remarkable efficiency. Her attentiveness and customer service skills were exceptional and left a lasting impression. Thank you, Lee; you truly deserve a significant pay raise! Lastly, a massive thank you to the entire Icehouse team. Mike, your establishment is wonderful, and we are grateful for the opportunity to host our event with you.

My wife is a regular at this restaurant for karaoke nights, and she always receives excellent service. I must say, the staff genuinely makes an effort to ensure that everyone is taken care of and feels safe. On a couple of occasions when things were starting to go sideways, they intervened without hesitation. The food is consistently good too, and the tater tots are definitely a must-try!

We had an enjoyable evening at this restaurant. Although we encountered a few problems with our food and drinks, our group of nine still had a wonderful time. The ambiance was clean and well-lit. We happened to visit on an event night, which featured football on the TVs and a live band starting at 9 PM. There were also various games available for us to play, adding to the fun. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
