It is a labor of love and pride that is rare to find in chain restaurants. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm hello and a heartfelt thank you as you leave. This personal touch adds to the overall culinary experience. While waiting for my order, I noticed that every customer was treated with the same respect, whether they were picking up a to-go order, placing a takeout order, or just stopping by for a drink. This may be my only chance to eat here, as it is far from home and unlikely to visit again in the future. However, during my short visit, I felt like part of the family and was treated with utmost care by the wonderful people there. Regarding the food, I ordered the pizza baked spaghetti. Everything at Camellone is fresh and locally sourced. The ricotta cheese was rich and flavorful, complementing the savory sauce, fresh peppers, mushrooms, and melted mozzarella. When my dish arrived, I initially thought the portion size may be too small. I eyed the tempting display case of assorted cakes, but my meal also came with a side salad. By the time I finished my spaghetti and salad, I was pleasantly full. I resisted the urge to try the pizza, as the portion size was just right. Why not? For $10.99, they get a quality meal and a drink, which is a better alternative to fast food. When I arrived to pick it up it had just come out of the oven fresh and the guys looked like they were having a great time preparing the food.
