Balaji Pure Vegetarian - Canton

This appears to be a relatively new restaurant and we decided to try it out. We were the only ones dining in when we were there, although there were a few carryout orders. The three of us ordered different dishes and they were good. I especially enjoyed the lentil soup. I ordered the hummus with beef and chicken, but next time I'll order it with just chicken because I enjoyed that more. The chicken wing lunch special was also very good. The service was spotty but I'm sure it will improve with time.

Absolutely delectable! The lentil soup, fattoush, and hummus were an absolute delight. Each dish was bursting with incredible flavors and left me craving more. Absolutely amazing I loved every dish that came out. Everything was fresh and was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in making traditional Yemeni food in Michigan 10/10. I am coming back again and again..
