Check your order and don't let them try to push you around. My boyfriend ordered a number 5 with a Dr. Pepper for me I was there I told him what I wanted and he repeated what I said. When we got my drink, it was a large and since we were charged for it, I just kept it without saying anything. I usually enjoy Arby’s, but tonight's drive-thru experience was a disaster! Our Greek gyros had great meat and sauce, but there was barely any lettuce, tomato, or onion. To make matters worse, our small order of fries was just an empty container! I tried calling the store, but, of course, there was no answer. This was the worst service I've ever encountered!
The food here is quite tasty, but the service tends to be average at best. I've asked for sauce several times, and while they often say "it's in the bag," it rarely is. Occasionally, my food arrives cold, and it seems like they forget something nearly every time I order. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
This place is really disappointing. When it first opened in Canton, everyone was excited to have it nearby. Unfortunately, I've been there about four times now, and each time the food has been cold. The roast beef seems old and definitely doesn't taste fresh—it's like it wasn't cooked that day. I keep hoping that each visit will be different, but sadly, it never is. Now, if I want my Arby's fix, I have to drive to Woodstock or another location in Canton, which is frustrating since this one is only a mile away from my house. I would have been a regular customer because I love Arby's, but the quality at this location is really lacking.
You're probably three times a week now, it's always great food very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Drive through is always running optimal...
I stopped going to this location even though they're the closest location to me, because I have never once gotten a correct order handed to me through the drive thru window. It's so easy to forgive in fast food... but you'd think at least getting your customers orders right would be a priority. I'm so disappointed, I was so excited when they opened up this location, and it's such a let down to still have to drive to Woodstock to get a roast beef sandwich without any red ranch sauce lol. For shame Canton branch of Arby's, for shame.
