Check your order and don't let them try to push you around. My boyfriend ordered a number 5 with a Dr. Pepper for me I was there I told him what I wanted and he repeated what I said. When we got my drink, it was a large and since we were charged for it, I just kept it without saying anything. This place is really disappointing. When it first opened in Canton, everyone was excited to have it nearby. Unfortunately, I've been there about four times now, and each time the food has been cold. The roast beef seems old and definitely doesn't taste fresh—it's like it wasn't cooked that day. I keep hoping that each visit will be different, but sadly, it never is. Now, if I want my Arby's fix, I have to drive to Woodstock or another location in Canton, which is frustrating since this one is only a mile away from my house. I would have been a regular customer because I love Arby's, but the quality at this location is really lacking.

Staff very friendly. eat bad. Wife had classic combo I had french dip combo. Fris cold and tasty, her top beung on half. French dip not cut and in box up down. au jus cold. it is very hot, not so much when cold
At some point it was only about the drive thru, for the first time in this arby’s and they left the mac n that I ordered, together with me the wrong sandwich. not sure what is going on, but I think they need better workers who will give attention.
They were in the process of cooling more beef, so I tried the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It was really good!
