Rude rude rude person on the phone I asked for my salad that will be on my kebab to be in a separate box because a large kebab feeds me and my child between us as I’m not a huge eater, my child doesn’t like sauces or salad so it’s just easier in a separate box well I am furious with how they spoke to me no it don’t come in a different box no I’m not doing that) just so rude no Thankyou no please on the phone anyway the food comes it’s not even remotely warm and it’s a good job I have salad in my fridge to add to my kebab they are absolutely tight, for a large I’ve always from everywhere I’ve been get enough not even mouth full worth. And the pita bread was a small one. Don’t even get a large pitta with ur large kebab portion sizes are stupid , on the other hand the chips are nice sadly I won’t be returning

I rang to order three dishes. They arrived without the sauce that I’d ordered. I telephoned to ask for the sauces to be delivered, very politely, and was subjected to a torrent of abuse. Unbelievable. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told that this WAS the manager! I was patronised, called ‘darling’ repeatedly despite asking not to be, and couldn’t get a word in edgeways! We are local customers, and have used this place many times. Needless to say, that stops here. Rude. Unhelpful. Bye bye.

I strongly disagree with the negative reviews about the food at this restaurant. The mixed doner is excellent and the chilli sauce is top-notch. I have no complaints about the food. However, I am perplexed by the rude and unpleasant attitude of the staff. It wouldn't hurt them to smile at customers once in a while. I always try to be polite and friendly, understanding that they are busy and working hard. But their demeanor is making me reconsider whether I want to continue dining here.

Do not bother spending your money here. It would be better to just throw £30 in the trash. We waited for over an hour for terrible food. It was cold and dried out. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have always had a lovely kebab with this place and the chilli sauce is so good .and they havent let me down when they deliver aswell good people
