What User doesn't like about The Drapers Arms:
We chose this restaurant based on the menu listed on OpenTable. However, upon arrival, it was evident that the menu bore no resemblance to what was online, and there was no vegan option available. The staff mentioned that OpenTable has not been keeping the menu updated. As a result, we ended up leaving without placing an order. The restaurant was empty, and the staff was apologetic about the situation. View all feedback.

Service has gone downhill it’s a shame, for three of us to eat the bill was incorrect and no one wanted to take responsibility so we ended up paying more
Our annual Christmas get together! Service was fabulous, the bottomless fizz was free flowing. The only down side was a few of the food options had run out so we had to have alternatives, but the alternatives were still nice so it’s wasn’t a big deal.
Great service and unusual but delicious menu choices. Wonderful range of drinks. Will visit when next in Canterbury
