Highly recommended sense and laugh amazing customer service from the young lady behind the up to 10/10

I called ahead to inquire about bringing my dog to the café and was told it was allowed. When we arrived and sat at a table, a female employee approached us abruptly and asked us to move to a separate section without any pleasantries. When I questioned another employee about bringing my dog, I was informed that it was allowed, which was not explained to me over the phone. Another employee then came over and placed menus on the table without any smile or interaction. My family and I felt unwelcome and decided to leave. Upon confirming with another employee that there was no issue with my dog, she mentioned that her colleague seemed unwilling. My mother overheard the employees making snide remarks and laughing like immature schoolgirls. Overall, we found the employees to be rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant, unlike the staff at the garden centre.

I went to the mohnen yesterday at 3.30, I checked that they were open. thompsons child room is open until 5.30, poppies said it open until 4.30 although now I go back to the general opening hours of 9.30 4.30 it had been listed mon sun...as 9.30 4.00 we decided to just tell us that they don't serve hot after 3, o,k we said we have a sandwich, not they do that either just a scoon or piece. they have to say that on the website and how a sandwich counts as a hot meal I don't know. such a scandal and what a missed opportunity. I have given 2 stars because it was clean and warm, but not revised.

My partner and I always stop by this restaurant for a coffee and sandwich when we visit the garden center. The coffee and snacks are delicious and affordable. It's definitely worth a visit as it always seems busy whenever we go.

All ways very nice and the cage is just yummy also lovely staff, the prices of all items are good. We will be going up after Christmas.
