Can't beat their chips, best I've had in Kent! We always have to stop by when we are in Whitstable. Dining in can be a little cramped if you pop in during the holidays, but you are always met with friendly, helpful staff. View all feedback.
What Hayley Brailey doesn't like about Paul's Of Whitstable:
Great chips and excellent location just two minutes from the beach and I have to say, really friendly staff. However, no good if you’re vegan and or gluten free. Would be great to see some gluten free buns to go with a veggie burger, or gluten free buttered mushrooms/onion rings etc. View all feedback.
I stayed in the line to order take away this weekend I guess I was the lucky one as it took me max 10 min to get my order. I got haddock and chips and it was very tasty.

They charge you extra for sauce. 60p for one tiny sachet of ketchup is a joke. How can you sell chips and then charge for the sauce !
Very good. People queue all the time. Always a good sign eh. Especially if they're locals. Fish fresh and cooked when ordered. Fair prices for a tourist area by the sea.
Lovely fish cake and chips the best I've had in a long time and my daughter said the savaloy was the best she had ever tried , it was nice and clean in the shop and the service was brilliant, I can see why they have a lot of custom as they was very friendly staff and very helpful.
