While some praise the friendly table service and swift delivery of meals, others are less fortunate, facing long waits and frustrating counter service marked by unprofessional staff attitudes. Concerns over cleanliness, particularly in surrounding areas, and rude management behavior exacerbate the dissatisfaction. Late-night patrons have reported inadequate toilet facilities and poor customer care. Despite occasional moments of kindness from staff, the overall impression leans towards chaos and disorganization, prompting calls for improved management practices and attention to hygiene within the community.
Rubbish capital of canterbury. children and students leave their bags empty mcdonalds bags and packages along the dane john gardens. the park will be ridden after 4 clock with McDonalds packages. the police should help the children to clean up their chaos, and mcdonalds manager should make sure that employees also pick up the garbage. I am not sure what mcdonalds do in canterbury to clean the place
Everything is quite at the best mcdonalds can be, but the drinks taste. as the coke does not taste like coks from others, it usually tastes super watered.
Incredible burgers. the best in the city by far. highly recommended. perfect for a special occasion to take the misses out
As always, wherever they go, they are all the same standards. policy, efficient and air conditioned
The food was tasty, the staff were friendly, but the McDonald's app was a disappointment. The wifi was weak and there was no signal, making it impossible to order through the app. I had to use the self-service kiosk to place my order, but didn't receive a receipt due to the lack of wifi and signal. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were unable to assist. If you plan on dining in at McDonald's in Canterbury, it may be best to just delete the app.
