I visited KFC for the first time today. Ordering was easy using the touch screens, allowing me to add extra items and donate to Comic Relief. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was efficient and polite. View all feedback.
I visited KFC for the first time today. Ordering was easy using the touch screens, allowing me to add extra items and donate to Comic Relief. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was efficient and polite.
The food was tasty, but the service was extremely slow. The self-service machines were also not working, which added to the delay. It took a long time for my order to be ready, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in line.
