The main issue was that my reservation was not recognized by the restaurant because they no longer use OpenTable. As a result, my booked time was unnecessary. Doesn't worth the time for its price. Probably only the atmosphere with fountain and live music under that tent/roof should be mentioned here.
Pasta carbonara was disappointing. The sauce was too thick and it feels weird in your mouth 2/5 :(
