I go there often, but recently their service hasn't been the best. The place is too cold now and the shisha is poor and it dies quickly. Also the owner feels that it is necessary to message me privately saying I told my friend to write a bad review so I thought I would write my own review. I will give you 1 piece of advice, don't get close with the owner, otherwise he will get upset if you go to another shisha place. View all feedback.
I visit this restaurant often, but I've noticed a recent drop in service quality. The atmosphere feels quite unwelcoming, and the shisha isn’t great—it burns out too quickly. To make matters worse, the owner personally messaged me, accusing me of having a friend write a negative review, which prompted me to share my own thoughts. I would advise steering clear of the owner, as he may react unfavorably if he spots you at another shisha venue.

As a shisha lover, I was quite let down during my visit. The flavor didn't match my expectations, and the smoke was far from smooth. Additionally, the tall waiter was quite rude; I had to ask him several times to change the embers, and he kept a frown on his face the entire time. I wouldn't recommend this place—it's not worth either your money or your time.
This restaurant is a wonderfully relaxed and cozy spot, ideal for hanging out and truly unique in Canterbury. The music is excellent, the staff is friendly, and you’re invited to bring your own drinks from outside.
This charming local spot has gained an excellent reputation for its shisha and delicious food. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff and host are outstanding. The shisha quality is outstanding, and the menu continues to expand with exciting new dishes.
